He is a co-founder of Peace Museum Vienna, he has been working on the peace museum project since he moved to Vienna in 2007. Robert believes that peace means the elimination of poverty in the world. He sees poverty as a form of economic slavery that we should not be working to reduce but to eliminate altogether. Currently Robert lives in NYC with his wife Daphne where he works to provide affordable housing for people struggling with poverty.
Zafar Shayan is voluntarily contributing to Peace Museum Vienna on various peace-related projects since 2017. His important contributions to PMV are with our peace education through the lives of peace heroes, writing peace heroes profiles, running the website, designing newsletter, and organizing events.
